Facilitators Include:

Sarah McLean

Deepak Chopra, Debbie Ford, Gary Zukav, and Byron Katie have something in common: each one of them has relied on Sarah McLean to help them share their knowledge and talents with the world. As Sarah developed mind/body health centers, education programs, curriculum, and events for them worldwide, she became immersed in their wisdom and knowledge.

Quite obviously Sarah makes it her priority to learn about and discover the self, spirituality, and mind body health.  Sarah has lived and studied in India, was a two-year resident in a Zen Buddhist monastery, and has journeyed through Europe, the Middle East, and Asia by bicycle in search of the secrets of this world and this life.

Sarah says her mission in life is to serve as a catalyst for transformation, and she draws upon her experience, knowledge, and the vast array of effective techniques and tools she's gathered while working with progressive luminaries and leaders. She finds it easy to guide people and organizations as they reach their potential, and that makes her a sought-after mentor for those seeking to live their best life. She is the director of the Sedona Meditation Training Company.

Sarah McLean also advocates for animal welfare and serves on the board of Keep Sedona Beautiful, a 35-year old conservation organization. She was also founding board member of Sustainable Arizona, a green building organization. Sarah lives in Sedona, Arizona with her husband Marty. She hosts meditation workshops, private classes, and retreats where she leads people on a journey to self-discovery and teaches people how to take better care of themselves and their environment.
