 The Radiance Retreat is limited to 15 participants.  

 

The retreat is set in a desert hideaway where you'll enjoy the relaxing meditation garden, the reflecting pond and pools, perhaps an outdoor massage treatment in the spa, or a game of tennis on one of the 5 championship tennis courts.

Retreat schedule:

The schedule is full yet spacious enough that there will be time to indulge in spa treatments or a game of tennis. You will receive a detailed schedule of events and programs once you register.

The program begins at 4:30 pm on Friday, and includes dinner. Saturday, the program begins in the morning with gentle kundalini yoga practices and deep meditations. Throughout the day, we'll be retreating, however, the day ends before dinner so you'll be able to enjoy the spa in the evening. Again on Sunday, the program begins early in the morning and concludes after lunch with a closing circle.

Retreat fees:

If you register by April 15th: $595 per person  

If you register by June 15th: $795 per person

After that, the registration fee is $995 (if space is available)  

Add an additional $200 for the Primordial Sound Meditation Training.

Accommodations, some meals, instruction in Primordial Sound Meditation, and transportation are not included retreat fee.

Prerequisites:
Your practice of a silent mantra meditation or another form of a transcendent meditation technique such as the Chopra Center's Primordial Sound Meditation is essential for this weekend's retreat - if you do not practice meditation, there will be an opportunity to learn on the morning before the retreat. A separate Meditation Course Registration is required.

Very reduced rates on luxury accommodations at the Sanctuary are available for retreat participants. The Mountain Vista Casitas feature spectacular contemporary design with unique wood block flooring, glass-tiled dry bar. The casitas offer 500 sq.ft. of space including a luxurious bath with travertine marble shower and separate oversized bathtub. Reserve your Mountain Vista Casita with a king bed at $375* or two queen beds at $425* per night.

Or, reserve one of the two guest rooms available in the luxury home Casa Montana where the retreat will be held. Each has two queen beds and a private bath. You’ll have access to the beautiful patio and private pool. The cost is $450* per night.

 

Would you like a suite of your own? Choose the Mountain Vista Suite with great views of Camelback Mountain and Paradise Valley. This one bedroom 1000 sq.ft. suite has a fireplace and private patio. Reserve your Mountain Vista Suite with a King bed or two Queens: $550* per night.

Deepak Chopra, Debbie Ford, Gary Zukav, and Byron Katie have something in common: each one of them has relied on Sarah McLean to help them share their knowledge and talents with the world. As Sarah developed mind/body health centers, education programs, curriculum, and events for each one of them worldwide, she became immersed in their wisdom and knowledge.

Sarah makes it her priority to learn about and discover the self, spirituality, and mind body health. Sarah has lived and studied in India, was a two-year resident in a Zen Buddhist training center, and has journeyed through Europe, the Middle East, and Asia by bicycle in search of the secrets of this world and this life.

Sarah says her mission in life is to serve as a catalyst for transformation, and she draws upon her experience, knowledge, and the vast array of effective techniques and tools she's gathered while working with progressive luminaries and leaders. She finds it easy to guide people and organizations as they reach their potential, and that makes her a sought-after mentor for those seeking to live their best life. She is the director of the Sedona Meditation Training & Retreat Company.

When she isn't meditating or leading retreats, Sarah McLean advocates for animal welfare and environmental issues. She serves on the board of Keep Sedona Beautiful, a 35-year old conservation organization. She was a founding board member of Sustainable Arizona, a green building organization.

Sarah lives in Sedona, Arizona with her husband Marty. She facilitates meditation workshops, private classes, and retreats that lead people on a journey to self-discovery and how to take better care of themselves and their environment.  

& Andrea Hanson      

Andrea passionately and carefully weaves ancient knowledge with current cutting edge scientific discovery as she guides you through experiences where you'll discover your energetic and emotional body. She is a writer, facilitator, researcher, and author of her soon to be released book on Emotional Fitness.
 
Even as a child, she was attracted to healing practices of other cultures and scientific healing technologies. A fortunate life of passionate curiosity, inquiry, study, travel and research has led enhanced her life purpose; to be instrumental in creating opportunity for deep healing and the experience of wholeness within herself and for others. She was formally educated in speech therapy and psychology.

Andrea has studied with healing masters in Tibet, China, Bhutan, India, Peru, Oaxaca and The Yucatan, Mexico, Ireland, England, Australia, Hawaii and extensively in the United States with Native American Medicine Persona and with Cultural Anthropologist, Will Bowen. For seven years Andrea worked with Dr. Deepak Chopra as a Meditation and Ayurvedic Instructor and as Program Director at the Chopra Center for Well Being. She is certified and recommended by Dr. Chopra. For three years Andrea served as producer and director of special events and seminars for author, Gary Zukav.
 
Andrea is an Energy Psychology Therapist and her certifications, training, and experience include: International Kundalini Yoga Therapist with focus on mental/emotional health and freedom from addiction; Level VI Training in Power Psycho-Spiritual Energy Therapist, Ayurvedic Lifestyles and Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, Dynamic Meditation Facilitator, Level I Yuen Method Facilitator, Basic Emotional Freedom Technique Training and Nia Blue Belt Instructor.
 
Andrea is founder of Merging Rivers Healing Practices Company including The Merging Rivers Project and Emotional Fitness Training. Andrea is an avid writer, hiker, sprint tri-athlete, mother and wife.
