9:30– 11:15 am An Introduction to Meditation.
In our first session you’ll receive course materials and learn what meditation is, how it works, and its benefits. We’ll talk about the ‘gap’ that Dr. Chopra and Wayne Dyer refer to in their work. There may be a short introductory video on stress and meditation. You’ll also learn the history of Primordial Sound Meditation and how your sound is chosen for you.
Late morning, early afternoon private Meditation instruction by appointment.
During your private 30 -45 minute appointment you’ll learn how to meditate and how to silently use your personal mantra and primordial sound as a vehicle to connect you with deeper aspects of your consciousness.
Lunch on your own
2:00 – 3:30 pm Verification of Practice
We’ll discuss the practical aspects of meditation, such as how to sit, where and when to meditate, and the types of experiences to expect. You’ll create your own personal practice. We’ll meditate together in a group.
3:30 - 4:30 pm Higher States of Consciousness & the Law of Intention & Desire
You'll discover that there are the higher states of consciousness accessible through your regular daily practice of meditation. We’ll discuss the infinite possibilities and learn how to access the natural law of fulfilling your intentions and desires, as outlined in Dr. Chopra's book, The Seven Spiritual Laws. The discussion will be followed by an optional group meditation.
