Learn how to meditate at Sedona Meditation Training and Retreats

"If you were to ask me what was the most important experience of my life, I would say it was learning to meditate. For me, that is the most important thing a person can do to restore harmony and evolve to a higher state of consciousness."
Deepak Chopra

The Attitude of Gratitude

A daily practice of meditation can be the primary approach to experiencing peace of mind, greater intuition, harmonious relationships, and better health. Read more about gratitude here.

This gratitude meditation is ideal to use before or after a silent breath or mantra meditation. Although we recommend that you practice meditation sitting up, this gratitude meditation can be listened to sitting up or lying down.

About Sarah McLean

Along with her 20-year daily meditation practice, Sarah’s had some unique opportunities: she was the founding education director of Deepak Chopra’s Center, directed Byron Katie’s international School for The Work, and assisted Seat of the Soul author, Gary Zukav.

Not only were each of these pioneers great company, they were each best-selling authors. She was inspired by them and was curious about the world’s spiritual traditions:  She’s traveled to more than 20 countries, and she became a 2-year resident in a Zen Buddhist monastery, lived in an ashram in India, bicycled along the Silk Route through Pakistan, taught English to Tibetan Nuns, and trekked the Golden Triangle in Asia.

Her aim now is to make meditation mainstream. You can see her on various morning shows in Arizona, or at events where she’s invited to share her insights and personal stories.  Learn more about Sarah here..
