Who should learn meditation?
Anyone can learn to meditate. Our students include: beginners who have an interest in staying healthy, others who want to learn to relax, some are interested in spirituality, or are just plain curious - and advanced meditation students who want to improve their meditation practice or eliminate bad habits.
Don't have any experience? Don't worry. If you can think a thought, you can meditate, and you don't have to change a thing - not your diet, your religion, your beliefs - nothing. You just have to have the desire to do it and then take a short time out every day.
Professional athletes, teens, corporate executives, retirees, doctors, students, judges, architects, engineers, and musicians have all taken our meditation courses.
We even have success teaching those who are just curious, or who are coerced into taking the course by their spouses! We find that everyone enjoys their experience in the meditation courses and they can easily meditate after they learn.
People from all walks of life learn to meditate and love it.
When can I learn to meditate?
"Learning to meditate was like that moment standing on top of the mountain and seeing the whole world lay out at your feet. A feeling of being a part of something much larger than yourself and at the same time knowing it was always within you." Carol Studenka, Detroit, Michigan

What are the benefits of meditation?
"I was looking for someone to teach me to meditate, and I learned in Sedona. In less than a month, I have noticed more focus, more balance, more peace."
Aryana Londir, Artist, New River, AZ
During meditation, our minds become quiet allowing our bodies to gain the deep rest necessary to dissolve stress and fatigue.
Those who meditate report higher levels of self-esteem, a calmer manner, a clearer mind, being able to be in the present, making better choices, clarifying their intentions and desires, increased intuition, and finding a sense of well-being.
Today, people are using meditation to treat anxiety, burnout, stress, and depression. he practice has also been used to help people quit smoking, conquer drug and alcohol addictions, reduce blood pressure, relieve arthritis pain, and reduce symptoms of pre-menstrual syndrome and menopause.
Meditation also aids in lowering heart rate and blood pressure by slowing down breathing, which reduces the amount of oxygen needed. There are so many more benefits of meditation.
And along with the many psychological and physical benefits, when you learn meditation you also receive spiritual benefits, because through meditation, you connect with your higher self — where energy, creativity and inner awareness are truly your natural state of being.
Rarely is there a reason not to meditate.
Inner peace, a feeling of well being, a sense of calm, and happiness are some of the benefits that our students report even after the first few times of meditating.
These meditation practices have been proven to prevent and solve problems of:
- Anxiety and depression
- High stress levels
- Poor planning and decision-making
- Memory loss
- Drug and alcohol abuse
- High blood pressure
- Sleep disorders and more....
